Introduction to Soldering -;- A 4 Part Virtual Jewelry Making Course
I’ve been wanting to teach this one for a while, and I am so excited to finally announce my new 4 part Soft Soldering Series !! :)
This is a jewelry making course where I will teach you how to use a soldering iron + lead free soft solder so you can create your own soldered pendants from scratch
And NO you do not need a gas torch or an expensive metalsmithing setup to do this ଘ(੭ˊᵕˋ)੭* ੈ✩‧˚
The class fee includes FOUR classes.
CLASS 1- Introduction to soft soldering:
Learn the basics with me! I’ll teach you how to use the tools & materials, how to use solder, flux, heat control and how to create clean solder that flows around your stone :)
CLASS 2- making spikes:
in this class you will learn how to make your own custom decorative spikes with your soldering skills from the previous class.
CLASS 3- creating prong settings:
in this class you’ll learn how to create a prong setting around your stone, similar to how we made the spikes in the previous class.
CLASS 4- making a bail + attaching jump rings:
in this final part of the course you’ll learn how to make a bail, solder jump rings and bring everything together into a finished piece so that you can use your pendant on a necklace :)

RECORDED TUTORIAL COLLECTION: $125
4 shorter streamlined tutorials that you can work through completely at your own pace and revisit whenever you want!
No live classes or real time feedback BUT you’ll still receive the full course materials in the mail and you can pause/rewind and revisit the lessons whenever you need! You can also reach out to me at any time for any help or questions you may have:)

• lead free solder
• copper tape
• stones
• jump rings
• cleaning + finishing supplies
You will just need to purchase your own soldering iron, liquid flux + third hand. I will provide links to the exact products I use and recommend and the entire soldering setup should only cost around $32 - $62!
